Creating a large-scale AR effect required extensive on-site testing and optimizations to work perfectly across different elevations of the stadium's seating arrangement. We spent considerable time ensuring that each virtual element matched the circumference of the cricket field and that the lighting was synchronized with the environment.

The results
With a live audience of 40,000 spectators during the match, each attendee could access the AR effect through a QR code on their seats, enabling them to activate the immersive experience instantly. We achieved an impressive 73% open rate!
